Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are sent into production, once the order is in production it can no longer be cancelled. Please e-mail hello@goodpeoplethreads.com or use the contact us page with your order number as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. That includes paying any custom charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund lost items.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

Exchanges

Since every item is made to order we do not offer exchanges like other stores. Please return the unworn/unwashed merchandise back to us for a full refund and reorder the items in the correct size. Late Order Refund

You are eligible for a refund if an order has not been delivered within the designated number of days.

For domestic (US) orders, you are eligible for a lost package refund after 10 business days.

For international (Canada, Europe) orders you are eligible for a lost package refund after 25 business days.

Please contact us if you have not received your package after 30 business days and we will happily assist you.
